【摘要】 目的对肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者进行手术治疗,探讨、分析诊治体会。方法选取我院2015年收治的会阴部、阴囊、肛门周围坏死性筋膜炎患者26例,除2例患者因同时罹患其他疾病于我院首次手术后转院外,所有患者均经手术彻底清创、联合抗生素以及综合治疗。结果经治疗,入本院接受治疗的24例患者均好转,手术后转院接受治疗的2例患者,经电话随访,亦好转。结论在对肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者接诊中,血常规、快速血糖是最简便、快捷的检测手段,可联合作为接诊时预判病情的简易指标,对于高血糖、高白细胞、高血小板的患者应重点关注。治疗中,针对患者精心制定治疗方案,术后进行精细护理,能够有效促进患者的好转和康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To crissum necrotizing fasciitis patients for surgical treatment, to explore the experience of diagnosis and treatment of analysis. Methods Selection of perineum scrotal admitted in our hospital since 2015 around the anus in 26 patients with necrotizing fasciitis, except 2 patients with other disease in our hospital for the first time at the same time transfer after the operation, all patients were treated with complete debridement, combined antibiotics and comprehensive treatment. Results After the treatment in our hospital for treatment of 24 patients were improved, transfer for treatment of 2 patients, followed by the phone, also improved. Conclusion In the admission of patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis, routine blood test and rapid blood glucose test are the most simple and rapid means of detection, can be combined as simple index of anticipation when accepts the illness, in patients with high blood sugar high white blood platelets should focus on.
