【摘要】 目的本次实验将对比一次性与常规根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎的有效性。方法本次实验选取了2016年1月至2016年12月在我院就诊的120例急性牙髓炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例患者。对照组采用常规根管治疗,观察组则采用一次性根管治疗,并对比治疗有效性。结果观察组治疗有效率为91.67%,明显优于对照组的76.67%,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在远期治疗的对比上,两组患者差异不大,不具有统计学意义。结论根管治疗急性牙髓炎是常用的治疗方式,但是一次性根管治疗的有效性明显高于常规根管治疗,值得在临床治疗过程中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective the experiment will compare effectiveness of one-time and routine root canal therapy in treatment of acute pulpitis. Methods the experiment chose 120 cases acute pulpitis patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016, randomly divide thiem into control and observation group, 60 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine root canal therapy, and observation group with one-time root canal therapy, compare therapeutic effectiveness of two groups. Results effective rate of observation group was 91.67%, obviously better than 76.67% of control group, difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P< 0.05). Difference of long-term treatment comparison showed little statistical significance between two groups. Conclusion root canal therapy is common therapy for acute pulpitis, but one-time root canal treatment is much more effective than routine root canal treatment, which is worthy of promotion and application during course of clinical treatment.更多还原
