【摘要】 支气管扩张症是我国常见呼吸道疾病。支扩患者肺内存在大量的中性粒细胞,本应发挥强大的杀菌作用,但研究显示支扩患者气道内仍持续存在致病菌的慢性定植,可见中性粒细胞并未发挥本该有的杀菌功能,从而为细菌慢性定植提供便利,促进支扩的发展,明确中性粒细胞功能减弱的原因并针对其治疗将对延缓支扩疾病进展有重要意义。本文主要针对中性粒细胞在支扩中所起的作用及支扩气道环境中中性粒细胞表现出的"反常"的杀菌能力进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 bronchiectasis is one of the most common respiratory diseases in China. Patients with bronchiectasis have large numbers of neutrophils in lungs, which should have a strong bactericidal effect, but research shows chronic colonization of pathogens still continue in airway of bronchiectasis patients, and neutrophils do not have supposed bactericidal effect, however, they provide convenience for chronic bacterial colonization, promote development of bronchiectasis. It is of great importance to confirm causes of decreaed neutrophil function and carry on treatment for delaying progress of bronchiectasis. The article reviews function of neutrophils in bronchiectasis and "abnormal" bactericidal ability of neutrophils in bronchiectasis airway environment.更多还原
