【摘要】 目的通过对豕甲与穿山甲成分薄层分析对比试验,找出其共同点和不同点。方法按照《中国药典》2015年版第一部P268穿山甲鉴别项中的方法检验,开展豕甲与穿山甲成分薄层分析对比试验。结果在豕甲中均能检测到穿山甲对照药材中相应的成分。结论豕甲与穿山甲中成分极为相似,从而为猪蹄甲替代穿山甲提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A comparative experiment on the thin layer analysis of pig nail and pangolin was performed to compare the difference in ingredient of pig nail and pangolin. Methods According to the test methods of identification of pangolin scalesin in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 2015 edition, Part 1(Page 268), a comparative experiment on the thin layer analysis of pig nail and pangolin was performed. Results We found similar ingredients between pig nail and pangolin. Conclusion The ingredients between pig nail and pangolin are similar. The present study provided theory evidence to replace pangolin by pig nail.更多还原
