【摘要】 目的探讨处方点评制度对门诊处方质量的影响。方法随机抽取2014年1-12月未实施处方点评的门诊处方4686张作为对照组,抽取2015年1-12月实施处方点评的门诊处方4686张作为研究组,对其门诊处方质量进行统计分析。结果研究组合格处方率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组抗菌药物使用率及抗菌药物注射剂使用率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不规范处方率、不适宜处方率、超常处方率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展处方点评制度能显著提高门诊处方质量,从而促进药物合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of prescription evaluation system on the quality of outpatient prescriptions. Methods Randomly selected from January to December 2014 without the implementation of prescription 4686 outpatient prescriptions as the control group, the implementation of prescription 4686 outpatient prescriptions as the study group from January to December 2015, carries on the statistical analysis to the quality of the outpatient prescriptions. Results The combination of lattice prescription rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05); the study group usage of antimicrobial drugs and antibiotics injection rate were lower than the control group(P<0.05); the study group of unqualified prescription rate, inappropriate prescription rate and abnormal prescription rates were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The prescription evaluation system can significantly improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions, so as to promote the rational use of drugs.更多还原
