【摘要】 目的探究胫骨骨髓炎采用orthofix外固定支架骨延长术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2014年2月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的30例胫骨骨髓炎患者作为研究对象,将患者按照不同手术方法分为对照组(采用Ilizarov环形外固定支架骨延长术进行治疗)和研究组(采用orthofix外固定支架骨延长术进行治疗),各15例。并对患者进行随访,观察并对比两组患者手术时间、出血情况以及骨延长的长度、复发骨性感染的情况以及骨性愈合的情况。结果通过随访观察可知,研究组患者手术时间、出血量均低于对照组,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者胫骨延长长度差异小,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的愈合率数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胫骨骨髓炎采用orthofix外固定支架骨延长术进行治疗的临床效果较佳,患者骨性愈合情况好,且手术时间较短,出血量较少,可推广进行使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate clinical effect of orthofix external fixator bone lengthening treating tibial osteomyelitis patients. Methods choose 30 cases tibial osteomyelitis patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 as research objects. According to different surgical methods divide them into control group(with Ilizarov annular external fixator bone lengthening therapy) and study group(with orthofix external fixator bone lengthening therapy), 15 cases in each. After followup, observe and compare operation time, bleeding amount, length of bone lengthening, osseous infection recurrence and bone healing between two groups. Results follow-up observation showed operation time, bleeding amount of study group was less than control group, data difference showed statistical significance(P< 0.05); difference of tibial lengthening length was little with no statistical significance(P> 0.05); healing rate difference showed no statistical significance between two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusionorthofix external fixator bone lengthening has good clinical effect for tibial osteomyelitis, with advantages of shorter operation time and less bleeding, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
