【摘要】 目的探讨Galectin-9在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测167例浸润性乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中Galectin-9的表达,分析其与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 Galectin-9在乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达率分别为53.9%(90/167),86.8%(145/167),两者比较差别有显著性意义﹙P<0.05﹚。Galectin-9的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、TNM分期、肿瘤最大直径、组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。结论 Galectin-9的过表达能够抑制乳腺癌的淋巴结转移,Galectin-9有可能成为乳腺癌判断预后的新标记物及潜在的治疗靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Galectin-9 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent paracancerous tissues. Methods Galectin-9 was detected in 167 cases of breast cancers by immunohistochemisty staining.The relationship between Galectin-9 expression with clinical parameters was analyzed. Results The positive expression ratios of Galectin-9 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent paracancerous tissues were 53.9%(90/167)and 86.8%(145/167), respectively; the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05). The low expression of Galectin-9 correlated with the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer(P<0.05),but it had no correlation with the age, TNM stage, maximum diameter of tumor, histological grade(P>0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of Galectin-9 can inhibit the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. Galectin-9 may be a new marker with prognostic value and potential therapeutic target in breast cancer.更多还原
