【摘要】 目的针对小儿替牙期牙齿畸形采用直丝弓矫正技术进行矫正治疗的实际效果进行观察。方法在本院于2016年1-12月期间所接收的小儿替牙期牙齿畸形中任选78例,盲选其中39例,采用常规不锈钢丝矫正术进行治疗,为对照组,另39例则按照直丝弓矫正技术矫正,为观察组。针对疗效间差异性进行对比。结果在本次治疗中,观察组整体治疗有效率高达94.87%(37/39),而对照组仅为82.05%(32/39),观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。且观察组中仅1例出现牙周病,对照组为4例,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论针对小儿替牙期牙齿畸形采用直丝弓矫正技术进行矫正,可得到极好矫正效果,且并发症少,综合疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of straight wire orthodontic technique on orthodontic treatment of children with tooth deformity at the replacement stage. Methods 78 cases of choice in our hospital during the period from January to December 2016 received children with mixed dentition teeth deformity, blind selection in 39 cases, using conventional stainless steel wire correction were treated as control group, another 39 cases with straight wire technique to correct the correction for the observation group.
