【摘要】 目的观察微创经皮钢板接骨术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2016年1月至2017年1月收治的78例胫骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,将患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组行微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗,实验组微创经皮钢板接骨术联合锁定加压钢板,比较两组术后创伤骨质量指标和愈合效果。结果对照组BV/TV、ES指标均高于观察组,VOC、Tb.N低于观察组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组临床愈合有效率高于对照组,差异比较具统计学上的意义(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮钢板接骨术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折,可有效改善胫骨远端的骨质量损伤,提高其临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to observe clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with locking compression plate treating distal tibial fractures. Methods review and choose clinical data of 78 cases of patients with distal tibial fractures from January 2016 to January 2017 treated in our hospital, divide them into experimental and control group. Ccontrol group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis, and experimental group with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with locking compression plate, compare quality index of injured bone and healing effect of two groups after operation. Results BV/TV, ES index of control group was higher than observation group, VOC, Tb.N was lower, difference showed statistical significance(P< 0.05); clinical healing rate of experimental group was higher than control group, and difference showed statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with locking compression plate can effectively improve bone quality injury and enhance clinical effect in treatment of distal tibial fractures.更多还原
