【摘要】 目的分析Sysmex XN-2000全自动血液分析仪在网织红细胞(Ret)计数的临床应用效果。方法收集临床检测网织红细胞的血标本87份,分别使用XN-2000全自动血液分析仪和人工显微镜法进行检测,通过对两种方法所测得的结果进行相关性分析。结果采用Sysme XN-2000全自动血细胞分析仪的RET计数结果与应用传统的显微镜手工法相关性良好(r>0.983),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 XN-2000全自动血细胞分析仪计数RET准确性好,具有快速、简便、准确以及受人为影响因素小等优点,特别适合临床大批量Ret标本的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of XN-2000 Sysmex automatic hematology analyzer in the reticulocyte(Ret) count.Methods reticulocyte samples were collected from 87 blood samples,and respectively were detected by XN-2000 automatic blood analyzer and microscopy,Through the correlation analysis of the measured results of the two methods.Results The results measured by XN-2000 were well compared with microscopy(r=0.983),The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion Sysmex XN-2000 automatic blood analyzer is applied to the clinical detection of large quantities of specimens and it is ideal for measuring Ret.更多还原
