【摘要】 目的探讨儿童多动症(ADHD)发病的危险因素和治疗效果,为早期预防和治疗ADHD提供依据。方法选取2013年6月-2016年5月我科收治的ADHD患儿40例作为观察组,选取同期我科收治的非ADHD患儿40例作为对照组,采用病例对照的研究方法,通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析ADHD发病的影响因素,应用择思达联合心理行为治疗,观察治疗效果。结果观察组发病的单因素与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示胎儿宫内窘迫(OR=5.827)、胎儿宫内发育迟缓(OR=3.295)、产程/产力不足(OR=2.473)、教养方式不当(OR=2.146)、父母关系不良(OR=2.41)、情绪不稳(OR=2.081)为ADHD发病的独立危险因素;治疗后患儿行为调查各项评分有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论遗传因素、围产期情况、家庭教育、心理和社会因素等是造成ADHD发病的影响因素,要针对这些因素加强干预,且通过治疗能够起到显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the children’s attention deficit disorder(ADHD) risk factors and treatment of the disease effect, provide the basis for early prevention and treatment of ADHD. Methods To choose in June 2013 to May 2016, 40 cases of children with ADHD admitted in our department as a group, select during the same period of the children with ADHD admitted in our department 40 cases as control group, using case-control study method, through single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis the influence factors of the onset of ADHD, application of combined treatment, psychological behavior choice sida observed treatment effect. Results Single factor of the disease observing group, significant differences compared with control group(P<0.05), the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis revealed that fetal distress(OR = 5.827), fetal developmental delay(OR = 3.295), labor/productivity deficiency(OR = 2.473), improper way(OR = 2.146), the relationship between the parents bad(OR = 2.419), emotional instability(OR = 2.081) as the independent risk factors of the pathogenesis of ADHD; Investigating the score significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The genetic factors and perinatal situation, family education, psychological and social factors, such as the influence factors of the onset of ADHD is, to strengthen the intervention aimed at these factors, and by treatment can play a significant effect.更多还原
