【摘要】 目的对应用奥氮平联合艾司西酞普兰对老年女性难治性抑郁症的治疗效果进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2015-2016年收治的女性抑郁症患者共计200例作为研究资料,将全部患者随机分为两组:对照组与治疗组,每组患者有100例。对照组患者开始应用草酸艾司西酞普兰片5mg/d进行口服,在2-4周内将药物的剂量增加到10-20mg/d。治疗组的治疗措施为在对照组治疗措施的基础上用奥氮平片2.5mg/次进行口服,每天晚上服用1次,在2-4周内将药物的剂量增加到3.75-5 mg/次,每晚服用1次。两组患者都连续治疗了12周时间。治疗后应用HAMD与HAMA对取得的疗效进行评定,并且还要检测患者的如下指标:GLU、CHOL、TG、LDL、HDL、BMI来进行比较分析,还要利用副反应量表(TESS)对患者发生的不良反应情况进行评定。结果治疗组的总有效率显著比对照组的总有效率要高,两组比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。和治疗前相比,治疗后两组的HAMD、HAMA评分均得到改善,但改善更加明显的是治疗组,具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年女性难治性抑郁症应用奥氮平联合艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,取得了较好的效果,这种治疗方法的安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To the application of combined escitalopram olanzapine citalopram for older women effect of the treatment of refractory depression were analyzed.
