【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检研究新进展。方法参照与之相关的研究资料和文献资料,围绕乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检研究新进展以及一些争议进行概括总结。结果和结论SLNB的临床应用可避免一些不必要的ALND,使乳腺癌的治疗更加合理化和个体化。随着对乳腺癌SLNB认识的不断加深、SLNB技术水平的不断提高及对淋巴示踪剂的不断深入研究等,越来越多的SLNB相对禁忌证有望转化为适应证,从而大大推动SLNB技术的发展,改进目前乳腺癌外科的治疗模式,同时为乳腺癌术后的辅助治疗提供更可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the new research progress of sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer. Methods With reference to the relevant research data and literature, this paper summarized the new research progress of sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer.Results and Conclusion The clinical application of SLNB can avoid some unnecessary ALND, so that the treatment of breast cancer is more reasonable and individualized. With the deepening of the understanding of breast cancer SLNB, the continuous improvement of the level of SLNB technology and the in-depth study of lymphatic tracer, more and more SLNB relative contraindications are expected to be converted into indications, which will promote the development of SLNB technology, improve the surgical treatment of breast cancer, and provide a more reliable basis for the auxiliary the treatment of breast cancer after operation.更多还原
