【摘要】 创新创业人才是实施创新驱动发展战略的核心竞争力。河北省作为京津冀创新驱动发展的"短板",其"大众创新、万众创业"局面的全面形成能够为京津冀协同发展培育新供给,形成新动力。该论文主要运用实证分析的方法,结合京津冀创新驱动发展战略的实施情况,以河北省为例,研究支撑创新驱动发展的创新创业人才发展现状和存在问题,并从"双创"人才的引进、培养、应用与管理四个方面提出河北省"双创"人才发展的可行性建议,旨在为补齐京津冀创新驱动发展短板发挥一定的现实意义,对其他发展条件相似的区域提供一些借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation and entrepreneurship talents are the core competence of implementing the innovationdriven development strategy. As the weakness of Beijing-tianjin-hebei innovation-driven development,The innovation and entrepreneurship talents of Hebei province would bring new supply for the coordinated development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei. This paper analyzed the present situation and the problem of the innovation and entrepreneurship talents with the method of demonstration, taking Hebei province for example, and the authors propose some advices from such four perspectives as the introduction of high-level talents, cultivation of innovative talents, the application of talents and management of talents. This study would help Beijing-tianjin-hebei region overcome their weak points, and have certain reference significance for other similar regions.更多还原
