基于虚拟仿真的立体仓库优化设计及“无纸化作业”推进
Optimization of AS/RS and Promotion of Paperless Operation Based on Virtual Simulation
【摘要】 针对自动化立体仓库目前存在的纸张单据过多、作业效率低等问题,首先通过建立虚拟仿真系统对设置参数进行实验,随后以某自动化立体仓库为研究对象,并基于3D物流虚拟仿真系统对仓库系统进行建模研究,得出了优化思路,最后验证了优化方案对立体仓库出入库效率以及推进"无纸化作业"的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, in view of the low efficiency of the AS/RS at the current stage caused by overreliance on paper-based documents, first through establishing a virtual simulation system, we tested the settings and parameterization of the AS/RS; then based on the3 D logistics virtual simulation system, we modeled the system and arrived at the line of thinking for its optimization; and at the end, we verified the feasibility of the optimization plan in improving the inbound/outbound efficiency of the AS/RS and in promoting paperless operation.
