【Abstract】 In this paper,we used the theory of specialized division of labor to study the supply chain alliance enterprises regarding the effort to reduce opportunistic behaviors through deepening existing partnership relations and expanding potential partnership relations and next,based on the Yang-Wills model,found that both of the approaches could effectively reduce the undesirable trading behaviors brought by opportunism and due to the trade-off existing between them,their adoption should be considered in connection with the environment and characteristics of the enterprise in question.更多还原
