【摘要】 芜湖市是安徽省第二大高校聚集地。随着就业形势的严峻,芜湖市大中专毕业生就业工作压力相对较大。为了充分了解大中专毕业生就业心理,结合三年数据分析,笔者对2013-2015届大中专毕业生在就业自我认同感、职业生涯规划、就业自信心、就业压力、就业薪资期望和就业心理素养的认知等方面进行了比较分析,根据调查出的问题,为相关部门提出相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wuhu is the second largest university district in Anhui province. With the increasingly severe employment situation, the college graduates in Wuhu have to face greater employment pressure. In order to fully comprehend their employment psychology, a comparative analysis on such aspects as self-identity, career planning, confidence in job-seeking, employment pressure, payment expectation, employment psychological qualities was made among the students graduating from 2013 to 2015.
