【摘要】 建立并完善重大建设项目风险管理机制体系,是贯彻落实国家关于加强重大建设项目风险评估工作的要求,是提升和强化项目风险管理水平的重要基础。运用集成管理理论和项目管理方法构建了建设项目风险管理机制体系,指出项目风险管理机制体系由7个主要机制构成,即综合决策机制、社会参与机制、预警预控机制、应急机制、补偿机制、后评价机制和监督保障机制,并提出了项目风险管理机制体系的运行系统和监督保障措施。以某公路项目为例,进行了建设项目风险管理机制体系的应用研究,结果表明:构建建设项目风险管理机制体系能够有效提高项目自身风险管控能力,实现项目风险管理目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Establishing and improving the risk management system of major construction projects is to implement the requirements of the state to strengthen the risk assessment of major construction projects,while it is an important basis for enhancing and strengthening the level of project risk management.The risk management mechanism system of construction project was constructed with integrated management theory and project management.Seven major risk management mechanisms,including comprehensive decision mechanism,social participation mechanism,early warning mechanism,emergency mechanism,compensation mechanism,post evaluation mechanism,supervision and guarantee mechanism were proposed,and the operation system and supervision and guarantee measures of the risk management mechanism system of project were put forward.Taking a project in an expressway as an example to study the application of risk management mechanism system of construction project.The results show that the construction of risk management system of construction project can improve the ability of project risk management and control effectively,and realize the project risk management objectives.更多还原
