【摘要】 首先分析了影响港区集疏运道路可靠性的因素及其作用机理;然后引入运行时间可靠度的概念来评价港区集疏运道路交通运行状态,推导出计算公式并提出了港区集疏运道路可靠度的仿真评价方法;最后结合实际港区在不同方案下的仿真交通量和车辆运行时间,计算其运行时间可靠度并对比分析。结果表明,运行时间可靠度能很好地评价港区集疏运道路的运行状态,并可为港区系统规划提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly,the factors influencing the reliability of port collection and distribution road and their mechanism have been analyzed. Then,the concept of travel time reliability has been introduced to evaluate the traffic running state of port collection and distribution road,the formula has been deduced and a simulation evaluation method on reliability in port collection and distribution road has been proposed. Finally,combined with simulated traffic volume and vehicle travel time under different scenarios of the actual port,the travel time reliability has been calculated and made comparative analysis. The results show that travel time reliability can evaluate the running state of port collection and distribution road well and it can provide reference for port system planning.更多还原
