LAS微晶玻璃成核过程的FESEM图像多阈值处理方法及定量表征
Method of Multi Threshold Processing and Quantitative Analysis for FESEM Images of LAS Glass-ceramics Nucleation Process
【摘要】 场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)是锂铝硅微晶玻璃微观结构表征的重要研究方法之一,通常可用于分相、成核和析晶过程的研究。其中,成核过程析出晶核的直径、数量将直接影响随后的晶化工艺,进而影响微晶玻璃的性能。但是锂铝硅微晶玻璃的成核过程较为复杂,导致FESEM图像中可能生成较多大小不一、分布各异的晶核,如果采用人工分析,不仅处理效率低,而且通常会带来较大误差。因此,采用阈值分析方法对FESEM图像进行处理,综合运用局部最大类间方法和给定阈值法对图像中的晶核进行分析。研究结果表明:LAST微晶玻璃核化过程中析出了液滴状的TiO2晶核,晶核数量平均尺寸分布范围介于9.25~40.32 nm之间,晶核总含量为17.06%。
【Abstract】 Field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) is one of the most important methods to characterize the microstructure of lithium aluminosilicate glass ceramics.It is usually used for the study of phase separation,nucleation and crystallization processes.However,the phase separation,nucleation and crystallization processes of lithium aluminosilicate glass ceramics are complicated,which is possible to generate more phase separation and crystallization regions in FESEM images.If the manual analysis is adopted,not only the processing efficiency is bad,but also the error will be larger.Therefore,using threshold analysis methods to process FESEM images,and cite a collection of the local maximum interclass method and the given threshold method to analyze thnuclei in the images.The results show that in the process of nucleation of LAST glass ceramics,the droplets like TiO2 crystal nucleus were precipitated.The average size distribution of the crystal nucleus was between 9.25~40.32 nm,and the total content of crystal nucleus was 17.06%.
