MWCNTs- EG纳米流体热导率影响因素研究
Study on Influencing Factors for Thermal Conductivity of MWCNTs-EG Nanofluids
【摘要】 通过两步法制备了不同体积分数的多壁碳纳米管-乙二醇(MWCNTs-EG)纳米流体,利用Hot Disk热常数分析仪测试了其热导率,分别研究了粒子体积分数、分散剂等因素对纳米流体热导率的影响。实验结果表明:分散剂阿拉伯胶(GA)对基液的热导率影响很小,纳米流体的热导率随着粒子体积分数的增加而增加,最大的增幅达到了80%;分散效果越好的纳米流体热导率增幅越大。CTAB分散剂的加入降低了纳米流体热导率的增加量,但降低幅度较小。
【Abstract】 Different volume fractions of multi-walled-carbon nanotubes-ethylene alcohol(MWCNTs-EG) nanofluids were synthesized by two-step method.Thermal conductivity was measured by Hot Disk thermal constants analyzer.Some effects,such as volume fraction of nanoparticles,the type of dispersants on thermal conductivity enhancement of MWCNTs-EG nanofluids were investigated.The results showed that dispersant Arabia gum(GA) had little influence on the thermal conductivity of base fluid.The thermal conductivity enhancement of MWCNTs-EG nanofluids increased with the increment of nanoparticles volume fraction,and the maximum increment was 80%.The better the dispersion effect of MWCNTs was,the greater the thermal conductivity of nanofluids increased.The dispersant(CTAB) could decrease the thermal conductivity enhancement of MWCNTs-EG nanofluids slightly.
