BaO-6Fe2O3磁粉含量对丁腈橡胶物理性能的影响

【摘要】 磁粉质量分数在20%以下的BaO-6Fe2O3磁性丁腈橡胶具有实际应用价值。以丁腈橡胶为基质,按照1%的BaO-6Fe2O3磁粉质量分数添加组分,从10%的BaO-6Fe2O3初始磁粉质量分数制备出8种不同的BaO-6Fe2O3磁性丁腈橡胶。通过MC010-TH200橡胶硬度计与MN-2000自动门尼粘度计对其邵尔A硬度和门尼粘度进行测量,再利用DXLL-10000电子拉力试验机对其300%定伸应力及拉伸强度进行测定,最后利用SEM显微镜对实验后的微观结构进行观察。测定结果表明:随着BaO-6Fe2O3磁粉质量分数的增加,BaO-6Fe2O3磁性丁腈橡胶的绍尔A硬度先减小后增大,BaO-6Fe2O3磁粉质量分数为13%时达到最小值54HB;门尼粘度先以一定的比例线性增加,接着以较小的斜率缓慢增加,最后趋于稳定,在BaO-6Fe2O3磁粉质量分数为14%时达到最大值76;而BaO-6Fe2O3磁性丁腈橡胶的拉伸强度和300%定伸应力都呈现出先增加后下降的趋势,BaO-6Fe2O3磁粉质量分数为13%时300%定伸应力和拉伸强度出现极大值分别为6.6 MPa和25 MPa。

【Abstract】 The BaO-6 Fe2O3 magnetic nitrile rubber with magnetic particle mass fraction below 20% has practical application value.In this paper,8 different types of BaO-6 Fe2O3 magnetic nitrile rubber were prepared from NBR based on1% BaO-6 Fe2O3 magnetic particle mass fraction and 10% BaO-6 Fe2O3 initial magnetic particle mass fraction.A XY-1 rubber hardness tester and an automatic Mooney viscometer was used to measure shore A hardness and Mooney viscosity,then 300%tensile stress and tensile strength were measured using a DXLL-10000 electronic tensile testing machine.Finally,the microstructure after the experiment was observed by SEM.The determination results show that with the increase of the mass fraction of BaO-6 Fe2O3 powder,shore A hardness of BaO-6 Fe2O3 magnetic rubber decreases first and then increases,when BaO-6 Fe2O3 powder mass fraction is 13%,its shore A hardness reaches a minimum value of54 HB.Mooney viscosity first increases in a certain proportion of linear,following a small slope increase slowly and finally tends to be stable,when BaO-6 Fe2O3 powder is 14% mass fraction,it reaches a maximum value of 76;and the magnetic rubber tensile strength and modulus at 300% shows a first increase and then downward trend,tensile strengths of BaO-6 Fe2O3 powder content of 13% and 300% show a maximum value of 6.6 MPa and 25 MPa,respectively.
