【摘要】 创新人才培养是世界各国都非常重视的教育策略,而对研究生的培养模式进行创新研究,对于提升其科研能力和促进学术发展均有重要意义。本文立足于国家政策和地方高校现有教育资源,对创新型研究生重新定义,并对工程创新型研究生培养模式进行系统规划,试图构建基于学校和研究生自身两方面且针对工程类研究生的创新人才培养模式,以完善和改进现有的创新型人才培养机制。研究成果可为改进具有专业特色的研究生培养模式提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovative talent cultivation is a basic national policy that is very important to the world ’s major countries. And graduate students as the future of high-level talent,to carry out its talent training model innovation is particularly important,which will help to enhance scientific research capacity and promote academic development,and then to achieve our innovative talent training program. Based on the national policy and the existing educational resources of local colleges and universities,this paper redefines the innovative graduate students and systematically plans the training mode of engineering innovative graduate students. And also tries to reconstruct the innovative talents training model of engineering graduate students based on both the school and the graduate students in order to improve the effect of improving the existing innovative talents training mechanism.
