壳聚糖在二氧化碳水溶液中的溶解初探
Dissolving of Chitosan in Carbon Dioxide Aqueous Solution
【摘要】 首先将壳聚糖制成凝胶体,然后采用二氧化碳的水溶液溶解壳聚糖,研究了壳聚糖的溶解过程,以及壳聚糖的浓度、溶解温度、溶解压力等对壳聚糖溶解性能的影响。结果表明:随着二氧化碳通气时间的延长,水溶液中的壳聚糖颗粒逐渐变小、减少,直至消失,外观由乳白色的混浊溶液逐渐转变为透明溶液。随着溶液温度的降低和溶解压力的增加,壳聚糖的溶解时间逐渐缩短,溶解度逐渐增加。壳聚糖在二氧化碳水溶液中的最佳溶解温度为5℃,溶解压力为0.4 Mpa,此时溶解度为2.0%。
【Abstract】 Chitosan was first made into a gel, and then the gel was dissolved in aqueous solution of carbon dioxide. The dissolution process of chitosan, the concentration of chitosan, dissolution temperature and dissolution pressure had been studied in this paper. The results indicated that the chitosan particles in the aqueous solution gradually became smaller, decreased and disappeared gradually, and the appearance changed from milky white turbid solution to transparent solution with the prolongation of carbon dioxide ventilation time. With the decrease of solution temperature and the increase of dissolution pressure, the dissolution time of chitosan decreased and the solubility gradually increased. The best solution temperature of chitosan in carbon dioxide aqueous solution is 5 ℃, the dissolution pressure is 0.4 Mpa, then the solubility is 2.0%.
