【摘要】 目的:分析脑出血患者住院费用成分,对各医保类型脑出血患者住院费用进行对比分析,探讨脑出血患者住院费用的影响因素,为有效控制脑出血患者经济负担提供依据。方法:描述统计,单因素分析,多元线性回归分析。结果:脑出血患者住院费用中药品费用和材料费用比例较高,其中入院情况对于患者的医疗费用具有重要影响。结论:应加强医疗机构费用控制,规范医务人员诊疗行为,加强贵重药品监管,降低医疗成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the composition of hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage, make comparative analysis on the hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage under different medical insurance, discuss the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage and provide evidence for effectively control the economic burden for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Description statistics, single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted. Results: The proportion of drug expenses and material expenses in the hospitalization expenses among patients with cerebral hemorrhage were respectively high. The inhospital situation had important fignificance on the medical expenses of patients. Conclusion: It needed to strengthen the cost control of medical institutions, regulate the treatment behavior of medical personnel, strengthen the supervision of medicine and reduce the medical cost.更多还原
