【摘要】 目的探讨纤维宫腔镜在幼女反复阴道异常分泌物诊治中的临床效果及安全性。方法利用纤维宫腔镜诊治18例幼女阴道异常分泌物情况,依次观察阴道前后、左右各壁,以及前后穹窿及宫颈外口,观察黏膜颜色、创伤、出血及异物、赘生物情况。结果 18例均顺利完成纤维宫腔镜检查,无阴道创伤。其中诊断幼儿阴道炎9例,阴道异物7例,阴道息肉2例。结论纤维宫腔镜应用于幼女阴道异常分泌物患者的诊断与治疗安全而有效,值得临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value and safety of fibrous hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal vaginal secretion in infantile girls. Methods The vaginal abnormal secretion of 18 infantile girls was diagnosed and treated by fiber hysteroscopy. The vaginal anterior and posterior walls,the anterior and posterior fornix and the external cervical orifice were observed in turn. The mucosal color,trauma,bleeding,foreign body and vegetations were observed. Results 18 cases were successfully completed hysteroscopy examination,vaginal abnormal secretion has been clearly diagnosed and effective treatment. Including 9 cases of infantile vaginitis,7 cases of vaginal foreign body,and 2 cases of vaginal polyps. Conclusion The application of fibrous hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormal vaginal secretion in infantile girls is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
