【摘要】 目的研究CD80和CD86在鼻咽癌中的表达及其生物学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测26例鼻咽癌组织(低分化13例,未分化13例)和11例正常鼻咽组织中CD80和CD86的表达水平。结果鼻咽癌组织和正常鼻咽组织的CD80和CD86阳性率分别为61.54%(16/26)和100.00%(11/11),阳性组织用PISA-2000图像分析,测得其不同的平均阳性灰度值AGV:CD80为(41.53±5.81)、(73.93±6.45);CD86为(42.44±4.12)、(73.60±6.42),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低分化鼻咽癌组织和未分化鼻咽癌组织CD80和CD86的阳性率分别为84.62%(11/13)和38.46%(5/13)(P<0.05)。结论 CD80和CD86在鼻咽癌组织中的表达明显低于正常组织,表达主要在细胞质和细胞核内,随分化程度下降而下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions and biological significance of CD80 and CD86 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The expressions of CD80 and CD86 were detected by immunohistochemical stain in 26 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues (including 13 poorly differentiated cases and 13 undifferentiated cases) and 11 cases of normal nasopharyngeal tissues.Results The positive rates of CD80 and CD86 in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and normal nasopharyngeal tissues were 61.54% (16/26)and 100.00% (11/11) respectively.The average grey values (AGV) of CD80 in the positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and normal nasopharyngeal tissues were (41.53 ± 5.81) and (73.93 ± 6.45) respectively.According to the analysis of PISA-2000 images,the average grey values (AGV) of CD80 in the positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and normal nasopharyngeal tissues were (41.53 ± 5.81) and (73.93 ±6.45) respectively.The AGVs of CD86 in the positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and normal nasopharyngeal tissues were (42.44 ± 4.12) and (73.60 ± 6.42) respectively.And significant differences in the AGVs were found between the two groups (P < 0.05).The positive rates of CD80 and CD86 in the poorly differentiated tissues and undifferentiated tissues were 84.61% (11/13) and 38.46% (5/13) respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion The expressions of CD80 and CD86 in the cancer tissues are lower than those in the normal tissue.CD80 and CD86 mainly expressed in cytoplasm and nucleus,and their expressions decreased with the decrease of differentiation.更多还原
