【Abstract】 Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery breaks through the traditional concept of operation.The surgical approach changes from the nephrectomy to the partial nephrectomy,and the surgical way changes from the abdominal cavity to posterior abdominal cavity or abdominal approach.These are innovative surgical techniques.Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery is superior to traditional laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in many field,such as safety,complex and difficult surgery,curative effect and so on.It is the latest minimally invasive surgical treatment of kidney cancer.More and more robotic surgery will replace the traditional open surgery and laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.At the same time the robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery will become the new gold standard.更多还原
