【Abstract】 Auto filter system and condensate system assembly is redesigned which is composed of an oil filter,a water pump and a water cooler. The product has complex structure and high requirement of die casting process.Development of the mold and the products is extremely difficult. Many problems and defects in the product development process are solved to ensure the success of the project by high vacuum die casting technology,automatic electric spraying technology,high pressure cooling intelligent control technology and improvement of product’s chemical composition.
