铸造过程数值模拟关键技术研究及软件开发
Research of Numerical Simulation of Casting Technology and Software Development
【摘要】 对铸造过程数值模拟关键技术进行了研究并进行SIMU-CAST铸造凝固过程模拟软件开发,软件能基于有限单元法进行凝固过程温度场,缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的数值模拟。模拟过程充分考虑材料和边界条件等参数的非线性特征,并考虑结晶潜热的处理。最后对所开发软件计算的铸件凝固过程情况和ProCAST软件计算结果进行对比,并结合试验结果进行分析,发现软件计算结果准确性及计算精度较高,铸件缩孔、缩松预测结果基本准确,能满足工程实际应用要求。
【Abstract】 Some key technologies for numerical simulation in casting were analyzed,and the SIMU-CAST software was developed.The software has the function of solidification field and prediction of shrinkage porosities during casting process based on FEM method,in which non-leaner features of materials and boundary conditions as well as latent heat were taken into account.The simulated results from SIMUCAST were verified by ProCAST and experiment.The results reveal that the developed software exhibits the high accuracy in calculation and simulation,meanwhile,prediction of shrinkage porosities is well agreement with the practical ones,meeting the industrial application.
