Conclad连续挤压法制备侧向复合型Cu/Al复合材料

【摘要】 通过Conclad连续挤压法,在挤压温度为500℃下制备出了界面平直度较好,界面层厚度为93μm,界面结合强度高的侧向复合型Cu/Al复合材料。对复合材料界面的力学性能、界面形貌及微观组织进行分析,可知越靠近界面处硬度越高,界面层的抗拉强度为48 MPa,复合界面层存在除铜基体和铝基体以外的金属间化合物,排序从铜基一侧到铝基一侧依次为Cu9Al4、CuAl和CuAl2。而CuAl2是一种脆性相,它的存在容易引起界面结合处出现断裂现象。

【Abstract】 The lateral compound Cu/Al composites were fabricated by Conclad continuous extrusion at500 ℃,which has a relatively good interface straightness,thickness of the intermetallic compound of93μm and the higher interface bonding strength.The mechanical properties,interface morphology and microstructure of the composites were analyzed.The results indicate that the hardness is inceased significantly nearby the interface,and the tensile strength of interface reaches 48 MPa.The interface intermetallic compand can be observed in compound interface,which is Cu9Al4、CuAl and CuAl2 phase form copper side to aluminum side,besides of the copper matrix and aluminum substrate.Fracture is easy to appear in the interface because of the presence of CuAl2 brittle phase.
