【摘要】 研究了不同分子结构参数(微观结构和相对分子质量分布指数)稀土催化聚丁二烯橡胶(Nd-BR)的性能。结果表明,当Nd-BR相对分子质量及其分布相近时,其力学性能随着顺-1,4结构含量的增加而提高,当胶样的顺-1,4含量和门尼粘度相似时,窄分布Nd-BR的力学性能优于宽分布样品。经RPA测试,因其形成的网络化结构和重组能力更强,顺式结构含量低、窄分布样品的Payne效应弱于高顺式含量的样品,表现出更优异的压缩生热和磨耗性能。

【Abstract】 The properties of neodymium-based butadiene rubber(Nd-BR)having different molecular structural parameters,namely microstructure and molecular weight distribution,were investigated.The results showed that when Nd-BR possessed about the same molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,the mechanical properties increased with the increment of cis-1,4 content,and Nd-BR with narrow molecular weight distribution exhibited higher mechanical properties than its broad counterpart with similar cis-1,4 content and Mooney viscosity value.Determined by rubber processing analyzer(RPA),the Payne effect of the sample with narrow molecular weight distribution and low cis-1,4 content was weaker compared to that of Nd-BR having high cis-1,4 content owing to the strong network structure and reorganization ability,leading to better heat build-up and abrasion performance.
