【摘要】 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调察法、数理统计法等方法对浙江省10所高校的体育系女子足球队教练和队员进行调查分析,从中发现,目前影响浙江省高校体育系女子足球队发展主要有两方面的因素。第一方面,教练员的学历、等级、职称、年龄、执教年限和配置等是影响球队发展的关键因素,运动员的生源情况、运动等级、训练年限和参与动机也是影响球队发展的重要因素;第二方面,竞赛机制和政策是球队发展的决定性因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the methods of literature reviews, interviewing experts, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a systematic survey on the coaches and women’s football players in School of Physical Education of 10 colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. The impacts on the current development of the Women’s Football Teams are illustrated from the two main aspects. On the one hand, the education background,ranks, professional titles, ages, coach time, and configurations of the coaches are the critical factors; meanwhile,the enrollments, sport grades, training years, and motivations of the athletes are the principal ones.
