带剪力键高强灌浆套管轴向承载力

【摘要】 为研究带剪力键的圆形灌浆套管轴向承载力性能,开展6个灌浆套管试件的轴压试验。试验发现:灌浆套管轴向受压时,剪力键附近灌浆体应力集中,产生细小斜裂纹;压力继续增大,斜裂纹沿剪力键之间的连线方向逐步发展并贯通,最终灌浆体被压碎;在加载初始阶段其位移-荷载关系为线性,当压力继续增大时,位移-荷载曲线进入非线性阶段,当达到其峰值承载力后,套管仍具有一定的残余承载力和延性变形能力。采用脆性开裂模型(brittle cracking)模拟高强灌浆体,对6个试件的轴压过程进行数值模拟,计算得到的裂缝开裂过程、破坏形态和承载力曲线与试验结果吻合。

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the grouted connections’ axial bearing capacity by carrying out axial compression testof six grouting specimens. The results of test showed that trivial oblique cracks and stress concentration of groutingmaterial are generated around shear keys when the grouted connections are under axial compression. As the loadincreases,the cracks extend along the link between the shear keys of the inside tube and the outside tube,and thegrouting material is eventually crushed. At the early stage of loading,the load-displacement curves are linear,and theygradually become nonlinear with increasing of the load. After the grouted connections reach their maximum load,thegrouted connections still have some residual bearing capacity and ductility. A numerical model is established by usingBrittle Cracking Model to simulate the grouting material. The simulation results,including the cracks,failure mode,andloading response,are basically consistent with those acquired from tests.
