【摘要】 我国高校艺术表演专业普遍面临专业教育与市场需求的契合度不高的问题,"产教结合"是解决这一问题的有效途径。采用专家访谈、实地考察、案例分析等研究方法,结合武汉体育学院实施"产教结合"中人才培养的经验,对艺术表演专业"产教结合"人才培养模式从目标设计、合作内容、合作形式、运行机制和实现途径等进行了初步探讨。认为:艺术实践活动是艺术教育的基本过程和重要手段,"产教结合"有利于培养艺术类高技能人才、提升高校办学层次和活力,对在其他高校推广应用和相关专业借鉴具有理论和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Art Performance profession in China lacks a fit between professional education and market needs. In this study, we propose the Teaching-Practice Integrative Model(TPIM) as a solution to solve this problem. The purpose of this study is to implement and assess the effectiveness of the TRIM in Wuhan Sports University. Using expert interview, observation, case analysis, etc., this case study examines the objectives, contents, patterns, operation mechanism, and strategies of the TRIM for the Art Performing profession. The findings indicate that art practice activities are important components of art education. The TRIM helps develop high-quality arts professionals and promote the effectiveness and vigor of higher education. The findings have important theoretical and practical implications for application of the TRIM in other higher education institutions and other professions in China.更多还原
