【摘要】 青少年足球运动员对道德规则有一定的认知,但道德意识的缺乏时常导致赛场上失范行为的出现,制约了校园足球的发展。采用文献资料法,探讨了青少年球员在体育道德意识形成过程中教练员的作用机制。教练员的权威性使青少年球员对其言行表现为服从和效仿,教练员较高的体育道德水平和对青少年球员行为约束的"他律性"导向作用,有助于青少年球员体育道德意识的形成。教练员应加强对青少年球员道德、法制和规则的教育,以促进青少年球员形成正确的体育道德意识,养成良好的体育道德品行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though adolescent football players know about football ethics, they sometimes violet the sport rules on the field due to lack of morality awareness, therefore the activities of campus football are affected. This paper explores the role that the football coaches play in fostering adolescents’ sport morality with the research methods of literature review and logical analysis. Since the adolescents tend to obey and imitate their coaches’ behavior, the latter’s morality of high standard and their discipline of the adolescent football players will help the former develop their sport morality. The football coaches should attach importance to the awareness of sport ethics, regulations and rules of adolescent football players so as to help them develop awareness of sport ethics and correct moral behavior on the football field.更多还原
