【摘要】 通过对传统就业指导服务方式的梳理和研究,发现传统的工作方式已不能满足当前"互联网+"时代背景下的毕业生就业指导服务工作的需要。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法,对新时代背景下高校毕业生就业指导服务工作的内容设置、工作方式、服务体系和模式等进行研究。结论 :1)"互联网+"时代背景下的就业指导服务模式应在对学生全面指导的基础上,更加关注学生的个性特点和他们独特的职业发展需求,给予个性化的就业指导,从而帮助他们了解各自的性格特点、确定职业定向,树立正确的就业观,有针对性地培养学生的多种就业能力;2)积极开拓就业市场,密切联系用人单位,联合共同开展具有针对性就业指导活动;3)新时代背景下的就业指导工作应努力构建适合本校学生特点的创新创业教育、就业教育服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the traditional employment guidance services, we found that the traditional ways of working cannot meet the needs of the employment guidance services against the background of "Internet+". Through literature reviews, expert interviews questionnaires, questionnaire survey and other methods, the study investigates the content setting, working mode, service system and mode of employment guidance service for college graduates. Conclusions: 1.
