【摘要】 校外人才培养基地是指学生实践教学过程实施的实训场所,是学生接触和了解社会的桥梁,是培养学生实践能力和创新精神的重要场所。校外人才培养基地建设的可持续发展直接关系到体育院校人才培养的长远战略。以首都体育学院为例,采用文献综述、实地考察、访谈与逻辑思辨等研究方法,剖析校外人才培养基地建设的授课内容与实践脱节、管理制度不完善、基地建设不稳定3个方面的困境,并相应地提出了完善课程结构与校外人才培养体系、管理制度、经费投入与信息化管理平台4个优化路径,旨在为体育院校的校外人才培养基地建设工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The off-campus talents training base refers to the training place where students practice teaching. It is a bridge which connects the student and the society, and an important place to cultivate students’ practice ability and the innovation spirit. The sustainable development of the construction of the talent training base outside the school is directly related to the long-term strategy of personnel training in the sports colleges and universities. Taking the Capital Institute of Physical Education as an example and using literature, field investigation, interview and logical speculation, this paper analyzes three dilemmas such as the disjointed teaching content and practice, the imperfect management system and the instability of the off-campus talents training base. This paper also put forward four optimization ways to improve the curriculum structure and the training system of off-campus personnel, management system, funding and information management platform.
