普通高校初级游泳课动态分级教学实验研究
Experimental Study on Dynamic Graded Teaching in Primary Swimming Course in Universities
【摘要】 由于身体素质、心理素质的差异性,大学生游泳初学者普遍存在怕水以及掌握基本游泳技术较慢等特点。为了在有限的学习时间内最大限度的优化初级游泳教学效果,依据分层次教学模式指导思想,对部分大学生游泳初学者进行动态分级教学实验,即依据评定标准将参加实验班级的同学分为不同级别的教学小组,采用具有针对性的教学方法,根据学生的学习情况,及时动态调整到适合自己的级别小组学习,经过为期15周的实验教学,与未进行动态分级教学的普通组进行比对,显示出:在有限的学习时间内,动态分级教学效果优于传统的大班模式,特别对无任何游泳基础学习者的初级教学尤为适合。
【Abstract】 Due to differences in physical and psychological, it is a common phenomenon that beginners are fear of swimming and their speed of mastering the basic swimming skills is slow. In order to optimize the teaching effect of primary swimming in the limited learning time, according to the guiding ideology of the hierarchical teaching mode, we carry out dynamic grading teaching experiment for some college students in swimming class, which will be divided into different levels according to the evaluation criteria of the teaching group. It adopts the targeted teaching methods, and according to the students’ learning situation in a timely manner to adjust to other appropriate level of their own group of learning. After 15 weeks of experimental teaching, compared with the control group which does not adopt the dynamic classification teaching, it shows that the dynamic classification teaching effect is superior to the traditional large-scale mode in the limited learning time, especially for those beginners who have no swimming foundation.
