【Abstract】 In order to gain popularity among the mass, and further promote the development of folk winter sports, using the method of literature, comparative analysis and logical analysis method, form the perspective of culture, this study discusses the folk concept of winter sports in China, the deep cultural connotation of folk winter sports, the cultural features and value, the cultural heritage and development of winter sports.
