【摘要】 数字参考咨询服务作为图书馆一项重要的服务项目,在提高文献利用方面起着重要的作用。通过调查发现,目前国内图书馆数字参考咨询系统存在的主要问题为:当用户的检索词或检索方式与常用问题解答库(FAQ)中的关键词匹配不一致或无法匹配时,无法返回有效检索结果;部分图书馆不能自动分配用户提出的问题到对应学科的参考馆员。通过调查国内有代表性的图书馆参考咨询系统,分析其存在的问题,并结合本体知识,提出将本体引入图书馆数字参考咨询的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital reference service is an important service of the library project,plays an important role in improving the utilization of literature. Through the survey,it finds that the main problems of the current domestic library digital reference system: when a user’s search words or retrieval methods and frequently asked questions( FAQ) in the keywords matching is not consistent matching or not matching,the FAQ can not return a valid search results;part of the libraries can’t automatically assign users’ questions to the corresponding discipline’s reference librarians. Through the investigation of domestic representative libraries’ reference system,analyzes the existing problems,and combining ontology knowledge,puts forward the solutions of ontology into the digital reference service in the library.更多还原
