【摘要】 高校图书馆精准服务是基于新的服务理念、嵌入已有服务类型全过程的新的服务模式。文章从精准服务的内涵出发,介绍了精准服务的概念、特征、基本模式,在此基础上,构建了精准服务体系,同时分析了国外高校图书馆精准服务实例,并以成都理工大学图书馆为例,探讨了该校开展精准服务的举措与经验,对高校图书馆精准服务模式推广具有重要的示范效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accurate service of university library is a new service model which is based on new service concept and is implanted the whole process of the existing service types. In this paper,from the connotation of accurate service,introduces the concept,characteristics,basic mode of accurate service and on this basis,the accurate service system is built. And analyzes the example of accurate service in foreign university library. Taking the library of Chengdu Technology University as example,measure and experience of accurate service is explored,which has significant effect to prompt accurate service in university library.更多还原
