应用MRA评价血管狭窄分级对脑组织低灌注及急性脑梗死发生的影响
Evaluation of the effect of vascular stenosis on cerebral hypoperfusion and acute cerebral infarction by MRA
【摘要】 目的探讨血管狭窄分级对脑组织低灌注与急性脑梗死发生的影响。方法 159例经临床筛选并可疑缺血性脑血管病的患者行常规MRI平扫、ASL、DWI及3D-TOF MRA扫描。利用MRA评价血管狭窄程度;ASL评价脑组织的血流灌注情况;DWI及ADC确定急性脑梗死;分析血管狭窄与脑低灌注及急性脑梗死发生的关系。结果血管狭窄组脑组织低灌注出现率、梗死发生率高于血管正常组(P<0.05),但血管狭窄分级之间无差异统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血管狭窄程度越重,不表示低灌注程度越重,也并不表示急性脑梗死更易发生。
【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss effects of vascular stenosis on cerebral hypoperfusion and acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 159 patients which clinically suspected ischemic cerebro-vascular disease were treated with routine MRI,ASL,DWI and 3 D-TOF MRA scan. Evaluation of vascular stenosis by MRA,evaluation of cerebral perfusion by ASL; determination of acute cerebral infarction by DWI and ADC,to analysis qelationship between vascular stenosis and cerebral hypoperfusion and acute cerebral infarction. Results: Hypoperfusion and infarction in the vascular stenosis group was higher than that in the normal group( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference in the grade of vascular stenosis( P > 0. 05). Conclusions: The greater the grade of vascular stenosis,does not mean that the lower hypoperfusion will happen,also it does not mean that the infarction is more likely to occur.
