【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺活检技术对肺内微小病灶的诊断价值。方法使用美国巴德全自动活检穿刺枪在CT引导下对34例肺内微小病灶患者进行穿刺活检。结果 34例肺占位中恶性病变19例(55.9%),良性病变8例(23.5%),无法判断病理结果 7例(20.6%)。穿刺确诊率79.4%。结论熟练掌握穿刺技能,CT引导下经皮穿刺活检可以应用于肺内微小病灶的诊断,是一种经济、微创、安全的诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Objective: To explore diagnosis value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy technique in pulmonary minute lesions. Methods: Percutaneous procedure was performed on 34 patients with pulmonary minute lesions with the help of BARD Magnum under CT guidance. Results: Out of the 34 patients,19 cases( 55. 9%) were malignant lesions,8 cases( 23.5%) were benign lesions and 7 other pathological conditions( 20. 6%) were unable to be diagnosed. The diagnosis accuracy rate was 79. 4%. Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy technique should be applied to the diagnosis for pulmonary minute lesions and skillfully mastered,for it is economical,minimally invasive and safe.更多还原
