【Abstract】 The paper constructs the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of the alliance, and selects three typical regional cross-system library consortia to carry out the comparative analysis of the benefits. Results show that main factors to improve the alliance efficiency include tight management mode, active participation of members, effective division of labor cooperation mechanism,and service promotion.更多还原
