【摘要】 全国第六次公共图书馆评估定级已经开始,针对评估标准建设问题,通过研究国际标准化组织(ISO)发布的最新标准ISO11620:2014,分析图书馆绩效评估发展趋势。作者采用文本分析法对ISO11620:2014进行了深入解读,诠释了该标准的指标体系和特点,并采用比较分析法将其与2008年发布的ISO11620:2008进行了对比分析。根据新版的指标体系的变化,总结出图书馆绩效评估未来的发展趋势有注重馆藏成本评估、增加珍藏评估标准、注重员工效率的提升、注重完善用户使用场所、重视参考咨询评估、注重加快馆藏数字化等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sixth public library evaluation has begun,and in view of the problems in the evaluation standard,the authors study the ISO 11620: 2014 issued by ISO,analyze the trends of library performance evaluation,use text analysis method to interpret it,and explain the index system and features of it,and make a comparative analysis of ISO 11620:2008 released in 2008 and it.
