【摘要】 对情境进行分类是研究信息查询系统可用性的起点。论文采用文献调查法收集前人研究的影响信息查询系统性能和信息查询行为的情境因素的成果,采用分面分析法构建影响信息查询系统可用性的情境分面分类体系。情境分面分类体系分为系统、任务、用户和环境4个组面,每个组面又分出亚面及类目,由此可以揭示影响信息查询系统可用性的情境因素,描述影响信息查询系统可用性的情境,使研究不同组面及其类目的情境因素对信息查询系统可用性及信息查询系统性能或信息查询行为的影响成为可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The classifying context is the starting point of the research on the usability of information search systems. This paper firstly adopts literature survey method for collecting previous research literatures about the contextual factors on the information search system performance and the information search behavior,and senondly adopts faceted analysis method for establishing a faceted classification of context which influences the usability of information search systems. The faceted classification of context can be divided into the groups of system,task,user and environment,while each group can be divided into sevearl sub-groups and categories. Thus,it can reveal the contextual factors and describe the context which influences the usability of information search systems. Therefore it makes possible to do research on the influence of different contextual factors of groups or categories on the information search system performance and the information search behavior.更多还原
