高职生职业价值观对职业自我概念影响研究——基于苏皖两省部分高职院校的实证分析

【摘要】 对高职生职业价值观对职业自我概念的影响进行实证分析。结果表明:高职生职业价值观各个维度、目的价值观分量、手段价值观分量、职业价值观总量和职业自我概念总量,均处于中等偏上水平;职业价值观的各个维度、目的价值观分量、手段价值观分量和职业价值观总量与职业自我概念均显著相关,但均属于中度相关或低度相关;职业价值观对职业自我概念的三种回归模型,对职业自我概念改变量的解释力并不相同。

【Abstract】 The impacts of vocational college students’ occupation values on their occupation self-concepts were investigated by an empirical analysis. Results show that higher vocational students’ professional values of all dimensions, objective value components, means value components, the total value of vocational values and the total professional self-concept are in the middle level; and that the dimensions of occupational values, the components of objective values, the components of means values, and the total value of vocational values are significantly related to career self-concept, but they all belong to moderate or low correlation; and that the three regression models of career values on career self-concept have different explanatory power on career self-concept change.
