针刺炭/炭复合材料多尺度单胞模型及等效弹性参数计算
Multi-scale unit cell models for needled C/C composites and calculation of the effective parameters
【摘要】 基于针刺炭/炭复合材料的细观结构,建立了带有针刺区域的单胞模型,计算各组分材料的弹性力学参数,引入周期性边界条件,获得针刺单胞模型的应力应变。同时基于粘结域理论,使用Cohesive单元层替换针刺区域,建立可用于宏观力学分析的界面单元单胞模型,调整界面单元模型中模型参数,获得与针刺单胞模型最为接近的等效应力,实现界面单元单胞模型与含针刺区域单胞模型之间本构关系的等效。
【Abstract】 Based on the microstructure of the needled carbon-carbon composites, the unit cell model with needled areas is established. The elastic parameters of the constituent materials are calculated. The periodic boundary conditions are introduced and the stress distributions of the unit cell are obtained. Furthermore, based on the cohesive-zone theory, the cohesive elements are used to replace the needled areas. Thus a new unit cell model, called interface element model, is established for the macro mechanics analysis. The elastic parameters of the interface element model are adjusted to approach the effective stress of the unit cell with needled areas, which realizes the equivalent between the needled-area model and the interface element model.
