【摘要】 本文将从自由贸易、资本流动和外来移民这三个方面分析全球化在美国的发展历程及正负面影响。虽然美国曾是全球化的主要推动者和受益者,但全球化对美国的副作用越来越凸显,引起了中下层白人的反对,并导致特朗普在最近的大选中上台。反全球化激发的美国民族主义、保护主义和本土主义政策,将可能危害美国的现存体制和国际秩序。美国的例子说明,全球化正以前所未有的自相矛盾的方式塑造着当今世界,它既是一个发展趋势,也因其副作用而引起反全球化的反弹和来自原主要推动者的阻力。因此,全球化的副作用及反全球化的现象都应引起我们足够的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the development process and the pros and cons,of globalization in the U.S.from three aspects:free trade,capital flow and immigrations.While the United States has been a major booster and beneficiary of globalization,the side effects of globalization have posed more challenges to the U.S.,resulting in opposition of the middle-and-lower-class white people and Trump’ s win in the 2016 U.S.presidential election.Nationalism,protectionism and nativism inspired by anti-globalization could jeopardize the established U.S.institutions and the international order.The case of the U.S.illustrates that globalization is shaping the world in a paradoxical way:it is the development trend,while its side effects could cause a rebound of anti-globalization and resistance from its former major boosters.Therefore,the side effects of globalization and the phenomenon of anti-globalization should attract enough attention.更多还原
